To enable Lazy loading, we recommend you use 
plugin, it provides Lazy loading along with very effective modification and optimisation of CSS/JS

When you enable Lazyloading, you might see issue of double logo loading, in order to fix it, please exclude below class from lazyloading. Every good lazy loading plugin provides a way to exclude some classes.
